    Yard & tailgate

    Load conduit and hand tools, walk the day's scope, and run the safety briefing. Every crew starts with one.

  • 7:00 AM

    Locates & setup

    Confirm the 811 tickets, mark existing utilities, set traffic control, and stake the bore path.

  • 8:00 AM

    In the ground

    Directional drilling, trenching, hand digging around live utilities, pulling conduit and setting pedestals.

  • 12:00 PM

    Lunch on the truck

    Thirty minutes, then back at it. Water and shade are non-negotiable in an Arkansas July.

  • 3:30 PM

    Splice, test, restore

    Fiber gets spliced and tested, and the customer gets their yard back the way we found it.

    Roll up

    Equipment secured, timecards in, tomorrow's scope set. Overtime is available and it's paid.

Laborer / Field Employee

Hand digging, conduit, backfill and restoration. Paid training from week one. No experience required.

Locator · Facilities Technician

Read and mark existing utilities. Certification is paid by the company.

Equipment Operator

Trencher, mini-ex and skid steer. CDL sponsorship available.

HDD Operator

Directional drilling, the highest-skill seat on the crew. 2-4 yrs verifiable rig time.

Foreman

Lead a crew on underground and aerial builds. Own the scope, safety brief and schedule.

Superintendent & beyond

Multi-crew oversight, customer relationships, and a seat in how the work gets bid.

    Do I need construction experience?

    Not for most field roles. Laborer and Field Employee positions are entry points. We train on the job, and the people teaching you came up the same way. Operator and HDD seats do require verifiable rig time.

    What does it pay, and how often do I get paid?

    Field roles start at $15.50/hr with competitive wages and growth opportunities, and every rung on the career ladder is a real pay step.

    Will I have to travel?

    Most of our work is in Arkansas and you'll be home most nights. When a project takes a crew out of state, lodging and per diem are covered.

    What's the schedule?

    Field crews typically start at 6:00 AM and work a full day, with overtime available and paid. Storm and outage response can mean nights or weekends. That work is voluntary and premium-rated.

    What licensing do I need, and do you sponsor a CDL?

    A valid driver's license and clean MVR for most field roles. Locator certification is paid for by the company. CDL sponsorship is available for operators and drivers who want one.

    What does the hiring process look like?

    Apply through the portal, a recruiter calls within a few business days, then an in-person interview at the Conway yard. Field roles include a DOT physical and a drug screen before a start date is set.

    Do you hire veterans?

    Actively. Military experience with heavy equipment, logistics and safety discipline maps directly onto our field and fleet teams, and we'll help translate an MOS into the right opening.
